Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use LivoStage for a brokerage, agency, employer, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law, trade restrictions, sanctions, or professional obligations.

LivoStage lets you upload room photographs and use artificial intelligence to create virtually staged images. Features may include property listings, room organization, style selection, before-and-after comparison, result history, feedback, and credits.

AI generation is probabilistic. Processing time, availability, furniture placement, scale, realism, architectural preservation, and output quality may vary. We do not guarantee that every result will be accurate, unique, suitable for publication, accepted by a multiple listing service (MLS), or fit for a particular property or purpose. We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or limit features, and will provide notice where a material change affects something you paid for or where law requires it.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer accounts, or create accounts to avoid limits, obtain repeated promotional credits, or facilitate abuse. We may require verification or restrict suspicious activity.

“User Content” means photographs, listing information, addresses, notes, feedback, and other material you submit. You retain any rights you have in User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• you own User Content or have all permissions needed to upload and process it;
• processing and publishing it does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, contractual, confidentiality, real-estate, or other rights;
• it does not contain unlawful, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or prohibited material; and
• you have removed or obtained permission for identifiable people, personal documents, private information, artwork, and other protected material shown in a photograph.

You grant LivoStage a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process User Content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Service and to create the outputs you request. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies retained for security, legal compliance, disputes, or backup expiry.

LivoStage will not place your room photographs or generated images in public galleries, advertising, or model-training datasets without your separate permission.

“Output” means an image generated through the Service. As between you and LivoStage, and to the extent permitted by law and third-party terms, you may use Output for personal and commercial real-estate marketing. LivoStage does not claim ownership of your original photograph.

AI Output may not be unique, and another user may receive a similar result. Laws concerning ownership of AI-generated material vary, so we do not guarantee that an Output is copyrightable or free of third-party claims. You must review every Output before using it; you are solely responsible for determining whether it is accurate, appropriate, and lawful for a listing, advertisement, or client deliverable.

LivoStage is a visualization tool, not an appraisal, inspection, architectural, engineering, legal, brokerage, or MLS-compliance service. You must not use Output to mislead a buyer, tenant, client, platform, lender, insurer, or other person about a property’s dimensions, permanent fixtures, defects, damage, views, condition, construction, availability, or material characteristics.

When publishing a staged image, you are responsible for:

• clearly labeling it as virtually staged or AI-generated where required or appropriate;
• retaining and providing the original image where required;
• complying with applicable MLS, advertising, brokerage, consumer-protection, and professional rules;
• checking that walls, doors, windows, fixtures, floor plans, and room proportions are not materially misrepresented; and
• correcting or withholding any inaccurate or deceptive Output.

LivoStage’s automatic architecture checks reduce risk but do not replace your review.

• uploading content you do not have permission to use;
• uploading images containing sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, unlawful intimate imagery, or other illegal content;
• using the Service to harass, exploit, impersonate, defraud, discriminate against, or harm anyone;
• creating deceptive property media or concealing material defects;
• bypassing safety controls, rate limits, payment checks, access controls, or generation limits;
• probing, scanning, disrupting, reverse engineering, scraping, or introducing malicious code into the Service except where law expressly permits;
• reselling account access, credits, or the Service without written permission;
• using automated means that impose unreasonable load or interfere with other users; or
• violating our AI providers’ policies or applicable law.

We may remove content, reject a generation, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Credits are a limited contractual right to request eligible generation services. Credits are not money, stored value, or property; have no cash value; and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where law requires otherwise.

The number of credits charged for a generation is shown before you stage. A successful generation is charged one credit; a failed or architecture-rejected generation is not charged — any charged credit for a failed render is refunded automatically. Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional or free credits (including the sign-up trial) may have separate limits, may be revoked for fraud or abuse, and are not refundable.

Deleting your account forfeits unused promotional credits. For unused purchased credits, contact sahmadtabish@gmail.com before deleting and we will review a refund of the unused portion.

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. They are not subscriptions and do not renew. Before purchase, we display the product, price, and included credits. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found fraudulent, we may deduct related credits and suspend an associated account. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer refund rights. For purchase issues, contact sahmadtabish@gmail.com.

The Service relies on third parties, including Supabase (authentication, database, storage), OpenAI and fal.ai (AI image processing), Stripe (payments), Vercel and Render (hosting). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s outage or account action, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

The Service — including its software, prompts, workflows, visual design, trademarks, logos, and non-user content — is owned by LivoStage or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. “LivoStage” and associated branding may not be used without permission. If you submit product suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment; this does not grant us rights to your photographs or generated images.

If you believe content processed through LivoStage infringes your rights, contact sahmadtabish@gmail.com with identification of the work, the relevant content or account, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and evidence of authority. We may request additional information and will act in accordance with applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may permanently delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay, abused promotions, or threatened the security or operation of the Service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal at sahmadtabish@gmail.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Output are provided “as is” and “as available.” LivoStage disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that Output will preserve every architectural feature, increase sale price or engagement, comply with a particular MLS, or be free of artifacts or factual errors. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LivoStage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or opportunities; property-marketing decisions; MLS penalties; or claims arising from an inaccurate or misleading Output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LivoStage’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to LivoStage during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Service for business purposes, you will defend and indemnify LivoStage against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your published Output, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law and does not cover claims caused by LivoStage’s own unlawful conduct.

A governing-law and venue election will be finalized when our U.S. entity completes formation and will be posted here with notice. Mandatory consumer rights in your home jurisdiction always apply. Before filing a formal claim, contact sahmadtabish@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, safety practices, or commercial terms.
